- PRIMERO. ACEPTAR los impedimentos presentados por el señor Procurador General de la Nación, Edgardo José Maya Villazón, y por el Viceprocurador General, Carlos Arturo Gómez Pavajeau, para rendir concepto de fondo sobre la constitucionalidad del Decreto 3930 del 9 de octubre de 2008 "Por el cual se otorgan facultades a la Sala Administrativa y Jurisdiccional Disciplinaria del Consejo Superior de la Judicatura y se dictan otras disposiciones".
- SEGUNDO. Por Secretaría General de la Corte Constitucional, REMÍTASE al despacho del señor Procurador General de la Nación el expediente de la referencia para que proceda a designar el funcionario encargado de rendir la vista fiscal, una vez se levanten los términos de este proceso, que fueron suspendidos mientras se adoptaba esta decisión.
- TERCERO. ADVERTIR a la Procuraduría General de la Nación que el levantamiento de los términos procesales hará correr el término para rendir el concepto fiscal, pero únicamente por el tiempo que restaba para completar el término inicial.
